the octopus
For writing we have been learning how to write animal reports.
Octopus
Octopus are molluscs. There are 300 species.
Octopus have two eyes and eight arms called tentacles. The tentacles have suckers.
They lay up to 200,000 eggs under rocks.
They like to eat squids and crabs They glide on the seafloor and find food under the sand.
Octopus are found in shallow waters and make their homes in rocks and coral.
Octopus release a purple-black ink for defense.
